We genuinely only want to work with good people, people that are interested in developing themselves further and helping the company grow, we want to be honest and upfront, it saves so much time in the long run. We have had people in the past that were more interested in finishing jobs as quickly as possible or just doing the bare minimum to get finished to go home. Our team does not work like that.
